IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT WE RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING:
- Print and complete the "Accident Report Summary"
- Contact Plaza Pontiac Buick GMC for information on a reputable tow driver and/or company: 24 hour line 416-419-2753
- Do not sign any form or waiver provided to you by a tow driver. Only sign the tow bill - do not be intimidated.
- Have your vehicle taken to an "Accident Reporting Centre."
- Once you have finished at the reporting centre, indicate that you wish your vehicle to be towed to Plaza Pontiac Buick GMC Inc.
- An insurance company, insurance adjuster, or tow driver CANNOT tell you where to have your vehicle repaired.
- You may be entitled to a rental vehicle. When you contact us, we will arrange for a rental car.
- You DO NOT need more than one repair estimate.
- Our estimates always include new replacement parts. Many collision shops will quote salvage or reconditioned parts. Your insurance
company will ultimately dictate which parts will be used for the repair.
